Cardiff Night Clubs

Cardiff has an exciting and vibrant nightlife with huge clubs, crowded bars and party houses. Nightclubs in Cardiff remain open until wee hours of the night and some even close as late as six in the morning. As many of the clubs are situated away from the city center, a shuttle bus service collects partygoers from the city center every 15 minutes from 21:15. Party nights are also based on themes like Wednesdays are student's nights with house and party anthems; Fridays are for over-18s and Saturdays are for the over-20s.

Evolution Nightclub
Evolution is the biggest club in Cardiff and offers a menu of mainstream house, dance and party anthems. Situated by the bay next to the UCI cinema and Superbowl, this huge 2000 sq.ft club has been a mainstay in Cardiff's nightlife from 2001. As the Evolution nightclub is away from the city center a free coach service is provided from town to the club and back again at the end of the night. This service is available once in every 15 minutes until 1am.

Cardiff Nightclubs
Other than Evolution Nightclub, Cardiff also has many more nightclubs, which provide entertainment all night long. A few notable ones are:

Liquid - Liquid is centrally located at St Mary's Street, which is just five minutes away from the central Train Station and Bus Station. There is always a huge queue to get into this premier Cardiff nightclub. Liquid still looks new and has great interior designs. Cold air blows from fans and the walls and ceilings are covered in lava lamps. There are three main parts to the liquid nightclub where partygoers can chill out.

Creation - Creation is one of Cardiff's newest nightclubs that began with a whopping budget of £5 million. The nightclub has a bar attached on the ground floor and upstairs it has two dance floors (one House/Dance the other Garage). The bar downstairs plays cheesy pop all evening and the dance floor has special features allowing it to either be increased in size or divided up into separate DJ areas with different music zones depending on what the crowd wants that night.

Blah Blah's - Blah Blah's is situated on St Mary's Street. This Cardiff nightclub provides drinks at relatively cheap rates and has a friendly atmosphere with comfy sofas, a large dance floor, with well-decorated interiors. Blah Blah's is especially good for a long night out as it is conveniently located.

Via Fossa - Mermaid Quay
Via Fossa is situated in a beautiful new spot on Cardiff Bay with a glassy view of the water. This Cardiff nightclub is the busiest on weekends. When the sun is out, it's more a wine bar than ultra-trendy cocktail bar. The young, amiable bar staff and waitresses add to the bar's appeal.
