Cardiff's weather can be quite unpredictable at times, like the typical British climate. The winter months of Cardiff are probably the wettest ones in Cardiff. Tourists visiting Cardiff during these months must arm themselves with an umbrella, for the odd rainy days. The best time of the year would be from the months of April to September.
